Chad is driven by the long-term internal and external relationships he has developed over the years, and the longevity of employees and clients of the firm are proof of where his priorities lie.
He has been at Wyse since 2000 and is the current President. Chad manages the company's day-to-day operations and oversees a portfolio totaling approximately 1M square feet. Chad prides himself on his analytical skills, loves negotiating leases, acquisitions, and dispositions, and has a deep knowledge and interest in technology.
Rheingold attended Hampshire College in Amherst, Massachusetts, and obtained the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
Outside of Wyse, Chad is a husband and father of three and enjoys woodworking, photography, hiking, biking, and traveling with his family and their dog, Walter.

Michael strives to help every client enjoy the benefits of owning their commercial real estate investment.
Michael joined Wyse in 1999 and has become an integral part of the team’s success. He now serves as Senior Vice President and Principal and oversees the management of a portfolio totaling approximately 1M square feet. Born in Seaside, Oregon, he capitalizes on his familiarity with the state to provide his clients with insight into the local commercial real estate trends.
Greeninger received his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Oregon State University in 1989.
He is a husband and father who enjoys beach combing, rock hounding, hiking, and playing and watching sports. Go Beavs!

Detail-oriented and efficient, Shannon’s persistence and positive attitude enable her to adapt quickly to changes and challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Shannon joined Wyse as a Property Manager in 2017 and was promoted to Associate Vice President in 2021 and became a Vice President and Principal in 2023. Shannon takes pride in being responsive to tenant and client requests and enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues and vendors to capitalize on the collective expertise and deliver quality service.
Motivated by opportunities to learn and grow personally and professionally, Shannon has served as the President of First Real Estate Social Hour (2022), President of the IREM Oregon-Columbia River Chapter (2023) and graduated with the Leadership Portland 2022-23 Cohort through the Portland Business Alliance. She has participated in Toastmasters and has chaired and participated in several committees for industry organizations.
Shannon is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, and enjoys travel, bar trivia, and standup comedy.

Traci prides herself on developing strong relationships with her clients regardless of size, type, or location.
Traci joined Wyse in 2018 and brought with her more than 18 years of real estate management experience working with national and international firms. Her primary focus is large industrial properties, but she has added retail and office to her portfolio.
Traci has managed countless property transitions and excels at establishing operational procedures for all product types. She has worked with small local and regional ownerships and large institutional clients and has experience working with the Portland Development Commission on redevelopment projects.
Born in Spokane, Washington, Traci relocated to Portland in 2000. She enjoys exploring Oregon with her husband, daughter, and yellow lab and loves to garden, hike, paddleboard, and travel.

Greg co-founded Wyse in 1988 to give clients tailored solutions to meet their unique goals.
Greg served as President of the company from 2002 to 2019, and today specializes in handling complex real estate and finance transactions to fit a wide variety of product types, market conditions and risk-adjusted yield requirements for clients. He is a long-time trusted advisor to private investment entities, corporations, and ERISA Pension Trusts.
Greg is a key proponent of quality mental health services in Portland. He has served as the director of various non-profit organizations in Multnomah County since 1989--including development of multiple housing projects targeted toward special needs communities. He currently sits on the board of Cascadia Housing, Inc. which is active in managing and developing special needs facilities throughout the greater Portland metro area.
Close received his undergraduate degree from Oregon State University and completed a postgraduate program specializing in real estate law at the University of San Diego.
Greg enjoys boating, fishing, live music, travel and keeping active with friends and family.

Audrey cultivates winning outcomes in her portfolio through the synergy of collaborative teams, long-term strategic planning, and leveraging an ownership mindset.
Audrey spent ten years at Wyse prior to leading its expansion to Bend in 2023. She is highly experienced in advisory, asset management, investment analysis and property operations. Since joining the firm in 2012 she has partnered with a variety of clients with a portfolio of diverse assets on the management side and worked in an advisory capacity with high-net-worth families and corporate clients on overall real estate strategy, transaction management and investment analysis.
In her free time, Audrey enjoys exploring her new hometown of Bend, seeking and trying health-conscious versions of comfort foods and being active with her husband and two young boys.

Josie is a member of the Wyse management committee that oversees growth initiatives, the firm's overall direction, and firm culture—including leading and empowering our fantastic team to help us in the B Movement.
Josie joined Wyse as a Portfolio Accountant in 2017 and quickly advanced to Director of Accounting in 2018. Josie manages and leads the accounting department, which specializes in consulting, loan servicing, accounting services, and property management. Josie also works on the firm's technology and web-based services. Previously, she spent 12 years in public accounting, where a sound knowledge of accounting principles and tax laws was developed. Her primary focus was private real estate entities, HOAs, high-net individuals, and not-for-profit entities.
Josie received her undergraduate degree in Accounting from Siena College in Latham, New York, and completed post-baccalaureate classes at Portland State University with a focus on Taxation.
Josie splits her time between the Pacific Northwest and the Mid-Atlantic. When not crunching the numbers, Josie is with her Australian labradoodle, Ambrose, where they love hiking, camping, mountain biking, stand-up paddling boarding, or hanging out with her niece and nephew.

With a background in hospitality management, Sam values efficiency and building client relationships.
Sam joined Wyse as an Assistant Property Manager in 2021 and was promoted to Property Manager in 2023. Prior to joining Wyse, Sam worked for seven years in the hospitality industry. By applying his ability to problem solve, multi-task, and build meaningful connections, the transition to commercial real estate has been smooth. He takes ownership of each aspect of a project and has proven to be a nimble and calming team member.
After taking a serious interest in commercial real estate, Sam obtained his Oregon Real Estate Broker license in 2022 and also anticipates joining the Institute of Real Estate Management Oregon-Columbia River Chapter and earning the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation.

Alexander joined Wyse in 2022 bringing with him institutional retail management experience.
Alexander is proficient in the management of retail properties, devoting equal attention to properties and tenancies of all sizes. Attention to detail, and synergy between tenants, vendors, ownership, and management are top priorities.
Before joining Wyse, Alexander worked in real estate management for five years managing retail properties in the Portland and Seattle metro areas. Alexander is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Oregon. He is also eager to join the Institute of Real Estate Management Oregon-Columbia River Chapter and earn the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation.

Marissa has a strong attention to detail and takes pride in working behind the scenes to provide the most accurate financial reports for clients.
Marissa joined Wyse in 2016 and excelled in multiple roles to land her current position as Portfolio Accountant. To maximize efficiency, she successfully modernized several of the company’s accounting and reporting systems to online platforms, which has provided a direct benefit to clients and tenants.
After graduating with a degree in Communications, Marissa discovered a passion for accounting. Since joining Wyse, Marissa has worked toward earning her post baccalaureate certificate in accounting which she completed in March 2023. In addition to her accounting responsibilities, she is an active member of the firm’s Marketing Committee and the graphic designer for leasing and disposition of project marketing materials.
Marissa grew up in Gresham, Oregon, and has lived in the Portland area most of her life. She enjoys baking, rock-climbing, and spreadsheets.

Roselyn Velasquez Molina serves Wyse as a Property Manager Assistant and joined the company in 2022.
Rosy joined Wyse in 2022 as a Property Management Assistant and applies a wide range of customer service and administrative experience in the hospitality and retail industries. Previously, she worked as a freelance interior designer on local commercial and residential projects.
Rosy grew up in Venezuela. She loves traveling and has a green thumb for indoor plants.

Wesley joined Wyse in 2023 as a Tenant Services Coordinator and was promoted to an Assistant Property Manager in 2024.
With a background in hospitality and collegiate athletics Wesley is a young ambitious learner.
Before joining Wyse, Wesley was working at the Portland Airport (PDX) assisting disabled travelers through the airport. Wesley is currently completing his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Lynn University where he played three years of NCAA Division II lacrosse. He expects to graduate in 2024.
In his free time Wesley loves to skateboard, play lacrosse, and spend time with family and friends.

Kayla joined Wyse in 2024 as an Assistant Property Manager.
Kayla graduated in 2020 from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with a focus on Foreign Policy. Living in New Jersey until 2023, she worked in the campaign field until moving to Oregon where she started as an Assistant Property Manager in low-income housing. Now having transitioned into the position at Wyse, she works diligently to create connections with clients, helping where needed and continuing to learn and grow within the field of property management.
Kayla spends her free time with her friends bouncing around Portland, watching the Philadelphia Eagles or exploring the beautiful PNW hiking trails. She also enjoys painting and hanging out with her black cat, Newt.
